Ride with D45 Event

District 45 invites you to join us for a two-mile community bike ride event on the Prairie Path on August 14 from 9am to 11am. Help us in promoting bike safety best practices for our students and community. Our sponsors have graciously donated new helmets for all participants, water bottles, and great bike safety resources. This event is free and open for all. If you prefer to walk, we will have a separate wave on the path for walkers. If your child doesn’t have access to a bike, please reach out to our Community Outreach Specialist, Bianca Diaz at (630) 516-7894. We will meet at the St. Alexander's Parking Lot - 136 S. Cornell Ave, Villa Park Ave. before the ride for a bike safety briefing. Hotdogs and hamburgers will be served thanks to the Villa Park Knights of Columbus.
